Zgodnie z art. 13 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE  (Dz. Urz. UE Nr 119, str. 1; dalej: RODO) informuję Panią/Pana, że: 1. Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest STATSCORE sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Katowicach 40-106 przy ul. Węglowej 9 (dalej: STATSCORE). 2. Wyznaczyliśmy inspektora ochrony danych z którym mogą się Państwo skontaktować w sprawach dotyczących przetwarzania danych osobowych za pośrednictwem adresu e-mail: iod@perfectinfo.pl 3. Państwa dane osobowe przetwarzane będą: a) w celu przeprowadzenia rekrutacji na dane stanowisko oraz w ramach czynności zmierzających do zawarcia umowy na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO oraz na podstawie Państwa zgody (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO), szczególnie w zakresie dodatkowych danych , których podanie nie jest obowiązkiem prawnym; b) w celu realizacji wszelkich obowiązków prawnych Administratora w zakresie przewidzianym prawem, w szczególności wynikających z ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. Kodeks Pracy z późn. zmianami oraz aktów wykonawczych do tejże ustawy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO); c) w celu uwzględnienia w przyszłych procesach rekrutacyjnych jeśli wyrażą Państwo na to zgodę (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO); d) w celu oceny i weryfikacja kandydata na podstawie m.in. treści listu motywacyjnego, rozmowy lub wyników testów praktycznych oraz ochrony przed ewentualnymi roszczeniami lub w celu dochodzenia roszczeń co stanowi realizację uzasadnionego interesu Administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO). 4. Dane osobowe zbierane w celu prowadzenia obecnej rekrutacji przetwarzane będą do zakończenia rekrutacji, a następnie archiwizowane przez okres do 1 roku. W przypadku zgody na przyszłe rekrutacje dane przetwarzane będą przez okres 2 lat, chyba że zgoda zostanie wycofana wcześniej. 5. Państwa dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane i przetwarzane przez: a) upoważnionych pracowników i współpracowników Statscore; b) podmioty przetwarzające dane osobowe w imieniu Statscore (procesorów), w szczególności dostawców platform rekrutacyjnych i systemów oraz przedsiębiorstwa świadczące inne usługi związane z rekrutacją; c) podmioty powiązane ze Spółką oraz jej spółki zależne, w szczególności LSports Data Ltd; d) podmioty uprawnione na podstawie powszechnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa. 6. W granicach i na zasadach wynikających z art. 15-22 RODO posiada Pani/Pan prawo dostępu do treści danych, ich sprostowania, ograniczenia przetwarzania, sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania opartego na uzasadnionym interesie Administratora, żądania usunięcia danych oraz prawo skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (dane kontaktowe dostępne na stronie: https://uodo.gov.pl/) jeśli stwierdzi Pani/Pan, że przetwarzanie narusza obowiązujące przepisy. Wyrażona zgoda może zostać odwołana w dowolnym czasie. Wycofanie zgody nie wpływa na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem. 7. Podanie danych osobowych, w zakresie określonym przepisami prawa pracy jest niezbędne, aby uczestniczyć w postępowaniu rekrutacyjnym. W pozostałym zakresie podanie danych jest dobrowolne. 8. Dane osobowe nie będą poddawane zautomatyzowanemu podejmowaniu decyzji w tym profilowaniu. 9. Informujemy, że w celu zapewnienia sprawnego i optymalnego funkcjonowania wraz ze spółką dominującą oraz podmiotami powiązanymi, Państwa dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane i przechowywane poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym (EOG). Przekazanie danych może nastąpić wyłącznie do tych państw spoza EOG, w odniesieniu do których Komisja Europejska stwierdziła w drodze decyzji, że zapewniają one odpowiedni poziom ochrony danych osobowych zgodnie z art. 45 RODO, w szczególności do Izraela (na podstawie decyzji Komisji Europejskiej z dnia 31 stycznia 2011 r. wydanej na podstawie dyrektywy 95/46/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady w sprawie odpowiedniego stopnia ochrony danych osobowych w Państwie Izrael w odniesieniu do zautomatyzowanego przetwarzania danych osobowych, 2011/61/UE), a także do innych państw (w szczególności Stanów Zjednoczonych) na podstawie odpowiednich zabezpieczeń prawnych, w szczególności standardowych klauzul umownych dotyczących ochrony danych osobowych zatwierdzonych przez Komisję Europejską lub w ramach uczestnictwa w EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 10. Aktualne szczegółowe informacje w zakresie procesów przetwarzania danych osobowych realizowanych przez Statscore mogą Państw znaleźć na stronie statscore.com/privacy-policy. Data Controller of your personal data is Statscore Sp. z o. o.  with its registered office in Katowice 40-106 Poland, at Weglowa 9, National Court Register No 447881 (“Data Controller”” or “Statscore”). 2. Statscore appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) whom you may contact at any time via e-mail iod@perfectinfo.pl if you have questions regarding personal data processing at Statscore. 3. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: a) conduct of recruitment process for a given position, conduct of all necessary activities aimed at conclusion of contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR and based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), in particular with respect to additional data, the provision of which is not mandatory by law; b) fulfilment of all legal obligations of Statscore required by law, in particular those resulting from the Act of 26 June 1974 Labor Code and executive acts to this Act (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR); c) inclusion of your application in future recruitment if you consented to that (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR); d) assessment of candidates motivation and verification of candidate's skills on the basis of e.g. content of the cover letter, interview or practical test results (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR); e) protection against claims or to pursue claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). 4. Personal data collected for the purpose of the current recruitment will be processed until the end of the recruitment process, and will be archived for up to 1 year. In the case of consent for future recruitment, the data will be processed for a period of up to 2 years, unless the consent is withdrawn earlier. 5. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed by: a) authorized employees and associates of Statscore; b) entities that process personal data on behalf of Statscore (processors), in particular recruitment platforms and systems providers and companies providing us with other recruitment-related services c) our affiliated entities and subsidiaries in particular LSports data Ltd; d) entities duly authorized to do so under universally applicable provisions of law. 6. Within the limits set out in the regulations, in particular Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access your data and obtain copy, request that they be rectified or erased, the right to restrict their processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time, right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data insofar as the basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement if the processing of personal data violates personal data protection laws. In Poland supervisory authority is President of the Personal Data Protection Office (https://uodo.gov.pl/en/p/contact). 7. If your obligation to provide us with personal data arises from Article 221 of the Polish Labor Code provision of such data is mandatory for recruitment process. In all other cases provision of personal data is completely voluntary, and based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), however, these data may be necessary for the proper conduct of activities related to the recruitment process. If you don’t provide us with such information, recruiting process may become difficult or impossible to conduct. 8. Your personal data shall not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling. 9. Please be advised that in order to operate jointly with our parent company and affiliates in an efficient and optimal manner your personal data may be transferred and stored outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The transfer may only take place to those countries outside the EEA that the European Commission has decided by decision to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data in accordance with Article 45 of the GDPR, in particular to Israel (pursuant to the European Commission Decision of 31 January 2011 pursuant to Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the adequate protection of personal data in the State of Israel with regard to automated processing of personal data 2011/61/EU) and to other countries (in particular the United States) based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are in particular standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data, approved by the European Commission or participation in EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 10. Consent Statement: If you agree to the processing of your personal data after the recruitment process has ended for the purposes of future recruitment processes, please include the following consent statement in your application documents: "I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in the recruitment documentation I have submitted by Statscore sp. z o.o. for the purposes of future recruitment processes, including recruitment for other positions. Węglowa 9, 40-106 Katowice) moich danych osobowych podanych w dokumentach rekrutacyjnych (w szczególności CV, list motywacyjny, certyfikaty) oraz zebranych podczas rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej do celów rekrutacji w obecnym procesie rekrutacyjnym.
